Dave Surette is gone, but we are grateful for memories and recordings.

On December 18, 2021, we lost Dave Surette, one of the most accomplished musicians Gordon has played with, who was an inspiration to so many people, both with his music, and the strength and decency of his character. Dave was the guitarist on the one album from the band Fresh Fish.

Dave is still with us in many ways, including playing on several tracks from a newly-released 4-CD set from Skip Gorman, which also includes Gordon on piano for several cuts, including some with Dave. Read liner notes and order info.
